Return Policy

All of our Omega3 Innovations oils qualify as perishable foods, so if they are returned to our facility, we cannot resell or reuse them. For this reason, our products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in two special cases:

If you’re a first-time customer and can’t stomach the taste of Omega3, we’re happy to offer you a refund for your first order. This offer applies only to your first purchase of 1 bottle of Omega Cure or 1 box of Omega Cure Extra Strength or Omega Restore. To qualify for a refund, just let us know within 15 days of receiving your order.

Try Barristrong skin cream risk-free. If you don’t feel the difference in 30 days, we’ll refund your order, no questions asked.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your order so we can make things right. In some cases, we may ask you to send a photo or return the item to help us understand the issue and prevent it from happening again. Please do not return items without getting prior approval from us.

Subscription Policies

Omega Cure, Omega Cure Extra Strength, and Omega Restore are most effective when taken daily on an ongoing basis. To make it easy for you to build that healthy habit, we offer a subscription program with great savings, free shipping, and no membership fees! Here’s how it works:

Maintaining An Active Subscription

When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive our products at a discounted rate with free shipping, automatically sent at your selected frequency. We offer shipping intervals ranging from every 3 – 15 weeks for the following:

• 3 bottles of Omega Cure

• 8 boxes of Omega Restore / Omega Cure Extra Strength

To keep your subscription active and continue enjoying your discount, simply receive at least 3 subscription orders within 12 months. If you pause your subscription for longer than 3 months, you’ll lose access to your current subscription pricing, and it will reset to new prices upon reactivation.

Canceling Your Subscription

Our subscription program is designed to be flexible! You can cancel, pause, reschedule, or make any other changes to your subscription at any time. Just let us know before your next billing date. Reminder Emails

We’ll send you a friendly reminder email 6 days before your subscription order is processed, just to give you a heads-up. Please note that we’re not responsible if you don’t see or read this email, so be sure to check your inbox! You can also confirm your next billing date by logging into your account anytime.

Order Cancelation Policy

Once your order has processed, it becomes difficult and costly for us to cancel it. If you need to cancel after processing but before your order has shipped, we’ll refund your order minus a 20% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and handling the order. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, and you’ll be responsible for the full charge.

Delaying Shipment After Your Order Has Processed

If you’d like us to delay shipping your order after it’s been processed, please contact us and we can help. We can hold your order for up to 3 months and apply the payment as a credit to ship your order on a date that works better for you. After 3 months, your order will be converted into loyalty points, which can be spent on our website for up to 2 years.

At Omega3 Innovations, we exclusively sell Omega Cure, Omega Cure Extra Strength, and Omega Restore liquid fish oils, along with Barristrong skin cream and OmegaQuant Tests.

We are not affiliated with any other omega-3 brands or companies.

Recently, we’ve received a surge in calls regarding subscription cancellations and returns for products we do not sell. This confusion appears to stem from incorrect information generated by AI search tools, which mistakenly directs customers from other brands to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with orders that are not placed through Omega3 Innovations.
