Terms and Condition
Please familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions when you place your first Omega3 Innovations order.
Our goal is to ensure all of our products meet our standard of excellence. If you receive a defective shipment (for example: boxes or cookies that are crushed or leaky bottles), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is not available, we will issue a credit to your customer account that may be redeemable on any future purchase. This credit will not expire.
Subscription Cancelation & Changes
If you purchase a subscription product, you will continue to receive the product and be automatically billed for it at the shipping interval you have selected. You may cancel, postpone or adjust your subscription at any point as long as you notify us three business days before your order is scheduled to ship. We will always send you a reminder email one week in advance of your next shipment. Please check your email and contact us if you need to make a change. If you notify us less than three business days before your next subscription order is ready to ship, your order will already have been processed and we may not be able to accommodate your request.
In some instances, we ask customers to return unsatisfactory items so we can learn more about what went wrong and solve the problem. If that is the case, we will send you mailing labels to affix to your package, making returns as simple and as painless as possible.
