One Woman’s Omega Cure Journey To Fewer Aches and Pains
After a recent osteoarthritis diagnosis, Krista Mast found herself struggling with daily aches and pains that were taking a toll on her life and hobbies. Her sister-in-law offered a suggestion: Try Omega Cure® cod liver oil.
Initially skeptical, Krista decided to give Omega Cure a try. And today, she’s thanking her sister-in-law for introducing her to this “liquid gold.” This is her Customer of the Month story.
Omega3 Innovations: How did you first get started on Omega Cure?
Krista Mast: This winter, my husband and I were in Florida, and we visited my sister-in-law. She’s a nurse. I told her about how I hurt and ache all the time. The doctors had recently diagnosed me with osteoarthritis.
My sister-in-law said, “I take this [Omega Cure].” She told me she used to ache and hurt all the time too, but now, she doesn’t hurt any more. She told me to give it a try.
At first, I kind of let it go. But then I got thinking: “Well, if I try it and it works, then hallelujah!” So I told her I’d like to try it. She met me at your office one day and we both picked up our bottles.
O3I: What was your experience like when you started taking Omega Cure?
KM: Probably within a week and a half, it started helping. I thought, “No, this is just in my head” and I got out of the routine of taking it. I would take it one day and skip the next. And I noticed that when I was taking it, I wasn’t hurting as much. So that’s when I decided to get into the routine of taking it every day.
Initially, I thought, “How can cod liver oil keep me from hurting?” That’s why it took me a little while to get into the routine. Now, I can’t even believe the difference it has made. I like to do cross stitch and needlework. I wasn’t able to do that for a long time before I started taking this.
O3I: Did you notice any other changes?
KM: I had some bloodwork done back in June. The doctor said, “I don’t know what you have been doing, but keep doing it. Your cholesterol is perfect, your A1C is perfect…They are all perfect.”
That blew my mind because I hadn’t been taking my cholesterol medicine! The doctor doesn’t know I’m taking the oil, but I’m going to tell him next time.
O3I: Some people talk about how it’s first when they stop taking Omega Cure that they realize how much of a difference it’s making.
KM: Yes, it’s true! When I had a colonoscopy, I had to be off of it for a week, and boy did my body hurt!
My sister-in-law also visited us in Illinois recently, and she didn’t bring the Omega Cure with her. She said, “You know, I haven’t been taking it, and I can really tell a difference.” She could hardly wait to get home because her body had been aching all over.
I told her, “I am so thankful you turned me onto this because I don’t hurt anymore.” It’s liquid gold to me. The difference Omega Cure has made for me is unbelievable.
O3I: What is your Omega Cure routine? Do you take it in the morning or at night?
KM: I take it in the morning and I just drink it in the little cup that you provide for us in the package.
O3I: What kind of advice do you have for other people who might be interested in trying Omega Cure?
KM: I would say that if they have body aches and pains — especially older people from their 50s on up — this really works. Give Omega Cure a try. I think they will be shocked at how good of a product it is.
